Visit 1: The purpose of this visit is for us to meet in person to see and learn about your home—what you love about it and what, if any, improvements you’ve made. We take notes and snap pictures for future references. Once we know what makes your house unique we can pull together a CMA, or comparative market analysis, which is a detailed report that shows how much comparative homes sold for and how long they were on the market. We feel this initial step is so important to our mutual success as far as on-target pricing and speed to market that we do it before you’ve even chosen to work with us.

Visit 2: We’ll share our recommendations on price which has been determined from a combination of the current market data (which we’ll share with you), your home’s condition, and our experience in the market. We also take this time to explain the selling process and how we will market your home if you chose to work with us.
